Woodland Hall is not for everyone. There is no country club. No golf course. No spa. In fact, if you don’t know exactly where Woodland Hall is on the map, chances are, you wouldn’t even know it was here. Not surprising, considering the entry feature of the property is nothing more than an oak tree. Understated seemed to be the right approach. Because the people who want to live here don’t need an elaborate entrance that says they’ve arrived.
