History and tradition define this land

Woodland Hall rests in the heart of the Olentangy River Valley. Here the terrain is marked by trees that have stood for generations, slow rising hills and the gentle slope that descends toward the Olentangy. The appeal of this land as a place to settle and build a life has been recognized for centuries.

There is evidence of it everywhere you look. From the day native Americans were first drawn to this area by the advantages of the river. To the pioneers who arrived and realized there was no reason to travel further. To the family who established the legendary Emerald Farms. This land has not only been a part of their lives, it's been a part of them. That holds true for the first people who built homes in the initial phase of Woodland Hall just a few short years ago.
